Do mods with speed primary stats actually drop?

I just got the achievement for acquiring 250 mods. I only have 1 4* speed mod and a 2* speed mod, but I bought them both from the mod shipments (terrible deal). I have never received a single speed pr...

They do drop, but since drops are random and we all are looking for the Arrow mods with the speed primary, the chances are obviously slim to get one.

Unfortunately, all my Cantina energy and refreshes have recently gone to Lando (7*'ed), RG (7*'ed), and now Wedge (4* right now).

So I haven't been able to do any mod farming for a while now. :(
