That's the heartbreaker drop, because the arrow is the only shape that can have speed primary, and there are seven possible primaries that can be found on an arrow. So the chances are pretty abysmal. You've got about a 1/3 chance of a mod dropping per battle. If you get lucky and one drops, you've got a 1/6 chance that it's an arrow. If you get lucky and an arrow drops, you've got a 1/7 chance of the primary being speed. That's depressing math!
Don't forget to cut that by 1/3 if you want a 5 dot mod cuz it could be a 3 or a 4. Also don't expect it to be gold. 5 possible colors to drop cut your odds even more of getting a good one.
If we have even odds for all options you have a between a 0.05-0.06% chance to get a gold 5 dot speed arrow to drop. That's with even odds for everything. My experience is that the garbage grey ones drop 10 times more often than the other colors. And forget about the odds of actually getting a specific secondary, and then on top of that getting the right secondary to increase when you level the mod. I detest mod farming. :(
