DO NOT BUY ON WEB STORE - Money stolen

Hello everyone !

I come to you to share my own experience. I bought a pack on the web store on the 30 december of 2024, and i had an issue and never receive what i bought.

Since this moment i'm doing again and again tickets to get what i bought, or get refund. And image what ? Even if i have the email of confirmation with transaction number and all that can proove my transaction, they don't see it and don't want to refund me or give me the pack.

I said it loud and clear, don't pay on they web store it's a big scam... they want to push transaction there to avoid  commissions from apple store or play store, but you won't have the ability to get back you money if there is any issue...

And i've see a lot of issue of this kind... I repeat it loud and clear, for you safety :

    A person of my guild told me the same.
    But as i received crystals, and i'm a French in France, i don't know if they will give my money back.

    I had that issue. Bought something, cant remember what, and I got charged twice for the same transaction. Called my bank to dispute the transactin. CG gave me a small amount of crystals as a compensation, but it was nothing but miserable. Call your bank, dispute the transaction and get your hard earned money back

  • Hello everyone, i continue to update this.

    2 month Later, i continue not to have a resolution to my issue.

    2 weeks ago, they told me they will contact me back to solve this issue within the week that was coming. After this 2 weeks, i ask them to call me back, and what a surprise the person at the phone told me to make an other ticket.

    I'm so upset, i'm so angry ! 2 month i'm waiting and always nothing ! No one care about i paid something, they got my money don't give anything back and leave all like their customer was garbage.

    EA Games, you are a shame in this world

  • I update this post just to warn everybody...

    Someone help me on the forum to get called by EA to solve my issue. I let you know that the person at phone ask me to make one more ticket to get help and so he can bump my ticket with high priority....

    So i made this ticket from in game features. The chat told me, to be filed, to create a ticket from In game assistance.... I was just very angry, but i made it.

    And this other one ask me to do so, they have to get in game infos by creating an in game ticket.... I can no more handle this...

    I try more more time... and you know what ? I can no more create ticket due to the fact i have too much ticket because EA help ask me to create more ticket !!!!

    Do you really want to give money to them ???
