I had that issue. Bought something, cant remember what, and I got charged twice for the same transaction. Called my bank to dispute the transactin. CG gave me a small amount of crystals as a compensation, but it was nothing but miserable. Call your bank, dispute the transaction and get your hard earned money back
A person of my guild told me the same.
But as i received crystals, and i'm a French in France, i don't know if they will give my money back.But i will try
