Do the CG's even respond

I've send dms to the CG lucifer and leviathan but gotten no response in quite a while. EA help sends me to them and i wont get anywhere is there another way to contact them?

Can’t seem to get into my account when I open the app so I assume it’s banned it just freezes and wont go past the loading screen. Since no dev responds I’m hoping @Ultra could help
