Do the Decision Makers even care about us- the consumers?

I see far too many posts without any developer or feedback from staff actually paid to respond to consumer issues, not just us - the unpaid staff - in the group called: consumers. 

Does our feedback even matter? Short answer; No. They are a corporation with shareholders; therefore they only have 1 goal: profit. 

It feels like we’re the Rebels, trying to get the Empire to change.
