Doja chats twice a week on the discord of a beta tester and he contacts a mod beforehand to filter out most of the negativity so it's naive to say we have availability to him and to ask him questions we want. If you go read it most of it is glad handing and while some game questions come up he mostly deflects them.

Except Doja go to that discord You mentioned and talk mainly of food and unrelated game things.

CG does not seem to be connected to the player base at all. They missed the boat on matchmaking and LSGTB completely. It’s like they don’t even play their game.

It was another prime example of why these “dev” interviews are not really good. “Maybe one day” “Perhaps” “Can’t go into that”. “We did that on purpose, but can’t tell you the purpose because reasons”. Basically they said nothing other than the Mace rework. If we can’t get solid answers to the most burning community questions, then the Community manager role, or roles in this case is completely pointless.

It's not remotely possible to get 3 stars in ships in the last phase even if everyone completes all missions because there simply isn't enough ship GP available and at the rate ships have been released it would take a few years before it's possible. There's an achievement for 36 stars in LsGeoTB and it's impossible for even the most kraken of guilds.
