DONKEY FEEBLE POWER - how to give (mostly) equal rewards for the whole guild

So, it struck me like lightning. It is possible to give equal rewards for everyone in the guild. All that is needed is to game the system a bit, no cheating involved of course. It is currently...

It doesn't work that way. Even if several people do 0 damage, they still get separate places on the leaderboard and thus different rewards. It differs from guild activities' rewards.
