You should be fine as long as it isn't on the list. If it was every tablet/phone at 6.0 and below then they wouldn't have bothered making a list.
From the post it seems like the issue is just with x86 devices. Samsung Galaxy J3 is ARM.
Hope devs will clarify this, I'm using Lenovo Vibe c2 with android 6.0 but it isn't on the list so I'm confused if this affect me as well
They have listed the devices with the chipset that won’t support the features coming to the game, they run 6.0, but with a different architecture. If your device isn’t in the list make and model and type, the your golden for now.
We all want new content, we all moan when there isn’t enough new content. Now the new content is coming again and it’s making the game bigger, old tech won’t run it. Simples, it’s been like that in the pc world for most of my adult life.
