Double Special Mission rewards?

CG mentioned a while back that there would be 2x special mission rewards on the TB starting today. Is this actually happening as I can't see any in-game reference to it as there usually is for one-off enhanced reward periods?

It is active. Phoenix mission normal awards 7 GET, but currently it's awarding 14 per completion.
