Appreciate your openness to criticism, despite my initially harsh tone.
I like him with the changes, but still think he needs a guaranteed taunt in there, with a self cleanse once his Protection up starting buff expires, just before the taunt is applied. Too many shocks/buff immunities out there to not include that.
