Droideka (Move Set idea)

How is he overpowered? He literally only has retribution starting off so right off the bat you won't have to target him unless he was in a Maul team.
He taunts one turn after the generator goes away. He still isn't a true taunting tank. He as a good Ability versions of Fetts AOE plus you need droids and Seperatists to take true adavantge of his abilities.
As far as the Speed he is the Seperatists version of Boba Fett. You could drop his speed a lot sure. But if you do that you have to give him a pre taunt or otherwise people just stun Droideka and smash the rest of the squad.
