Droids VS Meta team.

It's so hard to take people seriously when they talk about defence... Whenever you say they are very good in offense and now do good in defense, i get the image a fat, 12 year kid saying "I want to beat everyone but none to be be able to beat me!! Even when the AI plays my team!" Do you want balance? Then you MUST lose some of your games if you want your team to be able to beat some on defense. When you always win vs other teams on defense, it means that their team sucks, and now they have to change team and make one like yours so they can be good at "defense" too... Which basically forces everyone to play the same team.
I can't understand why is so hard for you people to comprehend ! Lets say 1 of the posters above (Alexone) plays a droid team and wins 5/5 games, and when someone fights his team, lose 2 times, which makes Alexone happy that his team is good on defense...The guy that lost then, comes to forum and cries because not only his team loses on defense, but he can't even beat some teams on offense.... How exactly is this balance then? When everyone is forced to farm the same teams.
Balance is this : A ) Being able to win all offense games, which at the same time means, lose all defense games (when targeted)
B ) Win about 3/5 games which also means that you can win 2/5 games vs other on defense.

You CAN'T have balance when you win 5/5 on offense and 3/5 on defense. It means someone else loses 2/5 on offense and 5/5 on defense...WHich is a subject to change his team into the most OP one.

Droids do seem powerful considering how easy they are to obtain. I think I have a 5 star Ig 86 somehow lol.

HK47s +50% turn meter from crits looks pretty strong too.

Characters that require time/crystals should be the studs imo, specifically hard node only farms.

OP posted one video with a droid set up (personaly i would have picked Poe over HK47 and put poggle as leaader) that beats the most meta team. A team that after update, became unable to beat so far by my team, 0/7 wins. While prior to update i was winning more than half games vs RG teams.
Lvling from 1 to 80 can drain all of your credits, farming the gear to max 1 hero can take 1 month. This is no time for experimentations after the lvl cap. None will see the video above and say "Cool, i ll go lvl my Luke Skywalker".... Low dps toons are left far behind after this update.
On some games there is a stats board after the game ends. That has a side to side comparison of the 2 teams of "Damage done, Healing done, Turns made, etc etc. It would be interesting to see a feature like that, so we can see what the stats have to say. People can be selfish and unrealiable. Out of the 1000 posters on forums atm, how many do you think would call a nerf for their own heroes if they feel are overpowered? 1, 2?

If you have questions about how to defeat a certain team, i'll answer them the best i can. Though i don't have much knowledge since i am f2p, but i still can give advice. As to the 'this and that' is OP i will stop answering, because i know it's not true!

When did i say that Rey is fine? I said Rey was fine weeks ago, when it was still pre update era. If she could one shot on her 2nd turn, well so does Vader, and Kylo when he drops under 50%. And Rey was squishy. I don't know how she is now, haven't faced her. But i faced many droids teams on my shard, and those rust bolts attack 2-3 times before my Kylo and Ventress attack once. After update i just can't cope with the damage they deal. If droids could one shot on any turn other their first, then i would be fine. But then other people that play droids would still cry about their ig88 or ig86 dies before they can one shot. Like they did prior to update vs GQJ teams....Like GQJ teams couldn't one shot every first toon they wanted, but only droids...
But this is how it works, people cry about their heroes only.

In the video all RG's buffs went away after he attacked once. Is that normal?

But I'm glad to see this. I just got my 86 to 7* max gear (minus that one stupid piece keeping me from gear 9). Slowly using my GW tokens for Poggle.

Get Dooku then to lead your droids, if he has no counter. Problem solved. You would be rank 1 and non would able to drop you....
But really, i'm done arguing with anyone. I just started downloading Android emulator on PC to make videos to prove my points. You want to reply? You'll have to post video proof too. No proof? Not going to reply anymore. This argument already wasted enough hours of my life.

Ye because your strategy is wrong i can tell that to you right now. Who do you go after first? If the answer isn't Poe then you get a black marble. :smile: Maybe i shouldn't have told you this, since you have Dooku lead and you don't know what droids went through, when he was meta.

Just made this fast video. Sadly my main team got annihilated at before 6th node and couldn't use it. I don't even expect to win with this team (though it was possible pre update) but to take out at least 1 droid....Their speed and damage shows that slow heroes in this game aren't even close to viable.

@Alexone Go after Poe? My team don't evne have dps to down ig88....Poe is the impossible dream. This update was supposed to buff the slow/low dps heroes, not the droids...

@Alexone You don't have to reply again. I wasted a lot of my time today while i know it won't change a thing. I was mad at Shard shop (nothing changed), i was annoyed by gear change (nothing changed), then they announced guilds, which i'm not very fond of. This update specifically made me reinstall the game and hope some balance will be restored. That the useless heroes won't be useless anymore. Well, i was a fool for hoping that something will change, while it didn't, in every previous update.
And no matter for how long will continue this pointless argument, with both know in the end that nothing will change again.

I don't even expect to win with this team (though it was possible pre update) but to take out at least 1 droid...
The video shows my C team, trying to kill ig88. Not win the match. Something like this was easy pre update, now it's not.
My A team almost died vs the first droid team. My B team +Dooku from A team, died vs a 2nd droid team. This was the 3rd droid team i was facing in the video, with some remnants of B team+ C team. Somehow, i managed to beat it after using 5 teams of blue and green geared heroes. And guess what the last node was?
