@Woodroward 2496 ÷ 6 is not 616, it's 416. Meaning per your method 416 energy a day to do it in 6 days, it's doable in 5 days but I said @Demo1ition would have one day left as I'm not sure if he has used the refreshes today.

Thank you for the insight! Farmboy was 89/100 as of today. Drop Rate was obstinate and I ended up refreshing all 100 crystal chances and 2 200 refreshes to get 11 shards! :) It wad close enough and I had them to spend so I was going for broke! (I couldn't wait till tomorrow.) Thanks again, just wanted to give you a little Paul Harvey "Rest of the Story" CLS is now 6 fusion furnaces from gear 9 happily residing in my 2nd from the top! :)

You will have absolutely no problem getting him. Both Ben and luke are low cost cantina characters. 3 refreshes of 100 a day will probably yield about 20-30 character shards of each (including the free 45 cantina and 1 every 12 minutes). And if you are struggling maybe do the 200 refreshes the closer you get to the deadline.

Should i use the lower cantina nodes for more tries?

Yes.

It depends on how many crystals you earn each day
With 3x refresh(300) per day you should make in time.

Yes. Dont ever go for the higher cost shards in cantina. There is no added benefit other than a few more credits and guild currency
