For drop rates I didn't include data with fewer than 50 trials -- we want to estimate the underlying true drop rate, and with less than ~ 50 trials the confidence interval is just too broad.
For maximum run lengths though we're measuring an actual statistic and relating that to confidence intervals that are a function of drop rate and number of trials, so I reported all the data.
