And I don't believe adding the Executor to the game as a whole caused the bug, just adding it to that combat mission did. If you think their coding was even more incompetent than I thought, then we are talking at cross purposes. I would not think that eliminating Executor from the whole game would be a good idea - just Phase 2 of the TB or perhaps the whole TB.
In any case, it is a what if that did not happen. Of course, this whole thing would have been avoided if they just did proper testing.
