This, on 2-star phase 1 combat. Let's see where his conversation goes at phase 3...
Yeah, but look at the points gained and the points needed. You can 3* the bottom territory with 7m, and you get 165k for doing 3 phases. The missions might be harder, but the tuning is easier.
