EA connect error

When i press ea connect i get a code send to my email adress. I type in this code and then the screen goes back to the game stating: there was an error, please try again. This is going once since i tried it the first time. This was since the marquee event for Boss Nass. I would like those free shards.just 3 days left. Please help!

    I am having the exact same issue and can't find a solution. You seem to be the only person I have found with an identical issue. Have you found a fix yet?

    I'm also having this issue, but support told me today that "it's still in beta". I doubt that this is the reason behind this error. Still looking for a fix as well please!
