EA connect, how?
So, when I go to Settings -> Connect I don’t have any button saying EA Connect. I have “sign in to apple” and “facebook connect”. How do I connect to EA?

Now that there has supposedly been world-wide release, I should have the button for an account in the USA. But I don't. What's the new Step One? I've been trying all kinds of things but no button exists for me. And I've lost lots of freebie shards already.
