Sounds more like AI letting you down.
AI wasn't the only source for believing that the pass would raise the levels. Just an example
Couldve been avoided had you just signed in and looked at the pass rewards and you wouldve seen it didnt give loan levels
Believing is not the same as knowing. There are many reasons to blame the developers, but not for this. You can see exactly what kind of package you're getting when you buy it.
