easiest fix for tenacity up problem

make a dark side character have an aoe tenacity down. plus have his unique be like vader were if it is removed it reapplies. maybe the unigue will say this (level 7) this character gains 10% cri...

Not sure if dengar at blazing fast 109 speed and the caveat of requiring a crit (on each enemy) is really the "fix" the op is hoping comes to the game.
