easiest fix for tenacity up problem

make a dark side character have an aoe tenacity down. plus have his unique be like vader were if it is removed it reapplies. maybe the unigue will say this (level 7) this character gains 10% cri...

Tenacity down is irresistible. If a character has both they cancel each other out.
