Here is the rework for the Jedi Eeth Koth, to make him more powerful. The italicized text is the new additions to his kit.

Deal Physical damage to target enemy with a 50% chance to inflict Defense Down and Tenacity Down for 3 turns. If the target is a Droid or a Sith, this attack has 100% chance.
Special: Force Push (Cooldown 3) (Omega):

Deal Special damage to target enemy all enemies with 75% chance to Stun for 1 turn and 100% chance to inflict Ability Block, Daze, and Stun on the target enemy if they are a Droid or a Sith.
Special: Justifying Strike (Cooldown 5) (Omega):

Deal Special damage to target enemy and dispel all buffs. If they have no buffs, are a Separatist, a Sith, or a Droid, they have their cooldowns increased by 1.
