Empire Abilities are Underpowered

Snowtroopers passive "Assault Training" is damn near a leader ability. Almost 12% turn meter to allies when someone dies. Wish anakin had this on his passive for jedis.
As for his Smite, the offense up for his team on enemy kill isnt that great. You pretty much need offense up and and ally to be dead, to get this to kill anybody. Both QGJ and Poggle give offense up to a party 1000x easier... hell even yoda is easier to get offense up to your team, compared to anakin. If your running Anakin, youve probably got QGJ lead too.
With the addition of protection and the rework to make defense worth more. Seems like anakin is gonna need some love. Without characters dropping fast, he's damage is pretty meh.
