Emulator issue?

Oh wow. doesn't it give you the "connect" after logging into the dummy acc. after reinstall?

No it didn't, I uninstalled/reinstalled the game using the system menu a 3rd time and now I have the "Connect" button appearing .... weird bug ....

I have had this same issue off and on with a couple of alt accounts I play through bluestacks. Either closing and reopening the app or clearing the cache for SWGOH has worked for me.

I have, at times, had to uninstall/reinstall BlueStacks itself in order to get the game to load the proper account. This has been an issue for the last several months for me. Glad you got yours up and running though.

When you first selected the login option it has you put in your age, maybe you made it an underage account.
Completely uninstall BlueStacks or create a new instance to get a new id and try again.

I agree mostly, but they are not as super secret as you would think, and this isn't a "real" account

Nope, not a underage account, just the game messing with me :smile: .
When I switch device/location, the game usually log me as a guest (webstore <=> bluestack or bluestack <=> phone) and I usually kill the apps and relaunch it, this way the login menu appears, but not this times on bluestack. I had to uninstall / reinstall the apps multiple times.

I play on bluestacks 5 and can usually access my main account by closing bluestacks and reopening it. This is because bluestacks always reverts to the account saved to the device and not saved to another account (google, EA, or otherwise) (my main account is linked to my google account)

I went through the process to login to my old google account lately because I got a new computer. If you can't find the login for a google account, you may have to level a bit on this account. It took me till level 12 on my newer account for it to give me the option to login to my old one. I am not sure if that has to do with swgoh or not

Additionally, make sure bluestacks is fully closed if it is running in the background restarting bluestacks will do nothing.

To do this hit Ctrl (cmd on mac (don't know if this works on mac but I figure it would be easier as swgoh is supported by apple and not windows/samsung)) + Alt + Delete and hit Task Manager. Then hit bluestacks and end task.

The game should give us the choice to log in using google/apple account or using a guest account instead of forcing upon us the guest account and the tutorial which is really annoying.
I guess there is a bug that prevent the game using the right login option or it is to prevent some kind of more hazardous bug like login into the account of somebody else ...
Since they launched the webstore, this bug is always happening to me when log in into it.

Small comment a bit on the side...you can always try a different emulator...i use MEMU and it is working fine.
(I used bluestacks in the past, changes when something stopped working on some game...but would change back if necessary...i simply keep using what works)
