Emulator issue?

Emulator are not supported ok ... but anyone using emulator (bluestack) having this issue since the last update? I can't log in my original account on bluestack but on my phone no issue, I don't even have the option to log in using google play

I tried MEMU long time ago, but I didn't like it, I use a old version of bluestack because of the 60 fps trick
