Open up with stunning Rex, then 2 turn stun GAS, mass shock with DR, Fear with dbast, Syphon with SLK, if GAS isn’t already down hit him again with Malak/DR/Han, once he goes down kill 5’s and cleanup with dbast mass shock, once he gets back up Malak should be taunting with full health to withstand GAS’ first attack so you again double stun with SLK...
TLDR: Don’t think a toon is bad because you saw one video of someone losing because they had no idea how to use it.

It’s not that he’s a bad character,

It’s that he’s nothing compared to Rey

Ok, so if we look at the two kits we can kind of see why this is happening. Rey's ultimate is not really that amazing on paper (since we don't know what kind of damage output is split amongst the enemies), as it really just stops her from demolishing everyone for a turn and keeps her team from dying.

Kylo's ult on the other hand is the key to his kit. When you get to it, Kylo goes god mode and wrecks havoc on enemies.

So it seems pretty expected that Rey would look way better without an Ult available as her kit doesn't need the ult, while Kylo literally becomes an unkillable attacking machine with no cooldowns (and no restrictions on ability use).

Not really amazing on paper?

She basically gives her entire team damage immunity and making herself an unkillable tank for one turn.

Then gets to deal damage to all enemies after the onslaught.

That sounds pretty good to me

But compared to turning Kylo into an unkillable machine for 3 turns? I would say that her ultimate is less crucial to her teams success.
