This seemingly endless 6 month Falcon meta is a stain on the game, and CG should honestly be ashamed of the sorry state of ships. They have pathologically neglected this game mode in 2019.With 96% on the meta report and the event returning constantly, we're at a point where every player in the top 200 has the meta squad and can beat every other player in the top 200.This is great for CG, right?! Everyone now has to buy at least one refresh every day to climb to #1. Honestly, if it wasn't for the zeta mats, I probably wouldn't bother. Everyone in my shard is sick of it. Everyone in my guild is sick of it.If the answer to this meta is now the Negotiator, gated behind a MINIMUM 3 month grind just to unlock it, then this is CG literally dancing on our graves. My concern with the negotiator is it’s blocked and only accessible to high tier guilds. This would cripple the zeta earn rate for those of us not in Uber guilds with a billion gp. Having to choose hoth or geonosis is a terrible decision.

Been posting about it for months. Need Sith Cap or marquee ship to tie that fleet together. Something to tide us over. Or some other ship. First Order. Resistance. Embo or Dengars ship for a BH fleet. Tobias Beckett and his crew and the Rampart for a cargo ship meta (which is actually pretty close). A Garbage Scow. Something.

It was always bad. You are correct. But it has gotten objectively worse. During the 60% CLS meta I was taking 1st in arena with the 25% Kenobi/Zarris/Nihilus counter meta. The earlier version with Chaze I was taking first with a Lando/Boba Fett/Anakin/Palpatine/STHan team. I could always find something to crawl to first with that wasn't a less than 1% fringe team that would fall sub-100 by the next morning. And even then people were complaining because CLS was worse than any previous metas. 60% seemed so unbalanced it was unbelievable.

They have progressively been eradicating arena diversity on purpose, and we all just need to get used to it. The next version will be 100% the same team. And Carrie will tell us that they are aware of it, and that they hope to be able to diversify it more in the future while crossing her fingers behind her back.

Long is relative term, learn that.

Now go check announcements pages and see max of 2 days between them.

Are you talking about when they gave us a bunch of information about the coming TB and GAC that have now arrived and no longer need frequent informational posts? How about you go back a little longer than that and see that absent a major pending update we rarely get announcements every 2 days.

Also you may notice a “cadence” with Dev announcements—> we get tons in a flurry when they release something new, then a gap, then a flurry, then a gap. I see no change here...

I honestly think that both arenas are completley outdated as a game mode. Hope they just transfer the Token and crystal rewards to GAC and make small arenas the sandbox mode we all want. End this competing for who has the least busy life and can do 5 to 10 fights around a certain fixed time of the day using just one team out of 180+ Charakters/ships
