Enfys Nest Lead Skill??

Why 1st Finn has leader skill, whereas he was a resistant the last 10 minutes of the movie; while Heroe Finn has not while he was the co-leader of the Resistance?
Why JKL has no rebel tags?
There were a lot of threads concerning inconsistencies about leader skills, tags and stuff; but CG decides.

Enfys already can solo a few teams, if She would get a leader skill, She would be to strong

part of tag inconsistency is due to ingame balance /avoid broken stuff. but yeah sometimes hair pulling how some tags make no sense

Pair nest w even a 4 star Qira with full leadership; u wont regret it
