The Mandalorian is not a C grade toon.

Beskar Mando I dont believe needs to be relic level, but I cant say for sure until I have tried this later with my G11 BAM, may take him up to 12. I wouldnt quite put him as C grade either, he is pretty solid, just doesnt have a great team yet (although he does work very well in scoundrel teams, but maybe that's just me)

If he is teamed with just mandaloria, I would say he is c+, but if he is teamed with scoundrels, he becomes a solid A

That's makes him not a C grade toon, and worth investing in.

If he’s A toon with scoundrels put him in your arena team (full scoundrel team). Pls report back after 48 hours

If I left my SLKR in my shard (like I did last night) I will drop to the 30s in less than 24 hours.

Are you suggesting he is not an A toon/team?

Arena is a different beast than GAC and TW in that regard, teams are used in both areas with great effect that have nothing to do with arena, at least not any more.

Scoundrels also have an increasing solid place in some PvE content as we move forward.

All things combined he is a solid toon, and the rating of any character has more to it than arena.
