Hey cg you should consider replacing that feat about deploying 3 characters to operations or platoons. Guilds that aggressively try to max out stars, fill them all up before those of us that can't put work aside during that brief window, can get in.
That feat is going to be available the whole duration of the TB. You're saying you can't find 3 toons to deploy throughout 6 TB phases?
If you can't place three characters in platoons, it means your GM isn't compatible with the GM of the guild you joined as a paratrooper. Find a guild whose gameplay activity matches your work schedule.
You might be able to message your guild leader and have them block off an op until you can get your 3 in.
Often that extra feat is the difference between earning enough era currency to reach a higher coliseum placement, so for some people it matters to get it early
So get off your **bleep** and platoon some characters.
Did you miss the part where the guy was working at start of phase while the guild filled them all? There’s also the flip side of deploying all your platoons in the first hour before the feat shows up, as usually happens to me
for ROTE operations are either very easy to fill where they will get filled in quickly or people have mostly leveled them just for that role
it sure was not help with the mission coming out after the start of the first phase I would be surprised if some of my guid didn't struggle to get it done even if they try just because of their schedule
I cannot speak for other guilds, but we encourage our guild members to not fill all the gaps until everyone has met any feat requirements. Some times we get carried away, I have on several occasions. But usually that only happens when we are getting close to the cut off time. We even reserve the back wall for weaker guild members. It puts pressure on us to make the first three columns as strong as we can. But those reserved places allow everyone to, when it works, the chance to satisfy the requirements. As others have said, your Guild leader can use the chat and commands to let everyone know that they need to be considerate.
