Episode Pass + with no extra bundle

So I am confused because I bought the episode pass + both times during this era in the online store on my iPhone and I didn’t get the extra “free” bundle of extra character shards and other items both times; however, I noticed that other people had been showing or stating in their videos they had gotten their “free” bundle after purchase.

I.e - Nooch2good, Scrybegaming, and AhnaldT101

is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?
