I'm no mobile game expert, but it sounds to me like you might have accidently unlinked your account or it is not linked to your apple account. Do you have multiple accounts? Do you play on mobile or the computer? Open a ticket in game and see if they can assist you with cause, don't hold your breath on this one, online might direct you to the forums, but at least you will have exhausted that avenue.
