I've heard of this error before. I did a google search and there's some activity about it a few years ago. EA support 'seemed' to have some ability to solve this.

So........I know supports got worse and worse, and they're practically useless. I think (and I can't believe I'm suggesting it) sending a support ticket could actually work here.
