Error code 3

I can’t get into the game at all, just the error message, on iPad and iPhone

This worked for me. After 2 restarts using the button, clicking the table got me in.

I cannot get into the game either. Android platform. I have cleared cache, restarted phone...nothing works. Arena payout is 36 minutes.

Android phone. Same error, cannot get into game at all. Restarted a few times, cleared cache, cleared data, still the same.

Yep. I also cannot enter, and my arena is in 30 minutes, ships an hour after that. This better get fixed asap. Will not be happy if i miss payouts because of a stupid bug from a feature that I don't want in the first place...

The exact opposite worked for me (two clicks on the table, one on the button) - it almost looks like you'll just get in on the third try either way.
