I tried twice to create a guild and a couple times after that to join one, each time forced to restart. Now it's saying I can't do anything guild related because I've exceeded the limit for the day, even though I technically haven't done anything.
Will this reset when everything normally switches over in an hour, or am I screwed out of doing anything with guilds for another day?
