Same here, though all I did was try to create one. Two times I got Error 3.0, once it said the first guild name I tried before the error was taken (which is very unlikely) and after another name picked, error 3.0 again. Third time it didn't say the name was picked, just reached daily limit....for doing nothing but restarting twice.....
Hopefully when the game resets for the next day, this will be resolved.
