I was just told to restart also; did so because of a connection error. Now I am no longer in a guild and lost 821 guild store credits, I finished third in damage for the Tier 1 raid not pleased one bit; just found out too my #338 place in the arena didn't pay out either so thats (500-60 crystals and 18k) this is not pleasing

It appears that EA Support now has taken the case to Tier 2 since the information I have provided has not been resolved. I find this very disappointing that this continually occurs after each update. This is not a way to be customer friendly I have lost over 1000 crystals all the guild credits and now Arena Rewards. Yet no response
