ErrorCode 3.0 issue

EDIT: The game team is working on this problem right now to stabilize the servers. We have also received reports that there are some players receiving errors when trying to create a Guild, the game team are working on fixing these issues as well.

Many of you are encountering an ErrorCode 3.0 message, asking you for a restart. Please note that this is due to the high volume of traffic on our servers right now. Please be patient as our server catch up to the demand of Guilds being created and Players logging in.

  • @CG_JohnSalera Will there be any way to restore the 100 GW tokens I lost from one one of the bugged chests I had on that first day? As I tend to complete GW, I'm currently 100 tokens short each day I complete GW, so I wind up with 300 unuseable tokens. So unless I tank a GW and only do enough to get 100 tokens and the like to be able to use the then 400, what should I do?

    It appears that EA Support now has taken the case to Tier 2 since the information I have provided has not been resolved. I find this very disappointing that this continually occurs after each update. This is not a way to be customer friendly I have lost over 1000 crystals all the guild credits and now Arena Rewards. Yet no response


    what is the proper way to contact "them"? 4 hours ago my game crashed completely and I can't log in anymore.


    I used the EA Support Email/Contact number; then actually spoke with technical support and while I haven't spoke with anyone since last evening I have my case number and have been told a specialist is working on it so we will see;


    as of today still not able to get back in guild, loss of 821 guild store credits, Rewards from Arena still missing; I wonder how much they really care though @EA_Jesse @CG_JohnSalera
  • One of our sub guild creators in ANZGC has raised a ticket, chatted with support and has no resolution. They are still experiencing glitches with their guild activity. Can CG please give us a clear indication of what these guild creators need to do to resolve these issues?
