Evasion is rigged - proven.

From what I read the random part is not really an random number generator ; it is a string of zeroes and ones that corresponds in a 5% appearance rate for a 1 and 95% of the string is a 0. Each time you attack, the next character of the string is read. Could happen that two 1's come after each other, which corresponds to 2 dodges in a row.
The same is happening with the gear farming. Sometimes it does not give any gear with 120 energy, sometimes it drops 3/4 times in a row. That would also statistically be almost impossible.
It's just the way the random part is integrated in the game.
There are ways however to calculate if the string is really random by doing some XOR operations etc and checking what the results are by shifting bits etc.
