I threw together a quick site that display some of the events with their estimated next date (or confirmed if available). As well as some information on what is required for them. Like it so far. Suggest giving each event a link to it's own page where you list what is considered minimum requirements to 7* a specific character in the event ;)

Aren't they all the same 85 g8 good mods and the important omegas wins ever legendary event so far doesn't it

that’s worked for me, g8 for every legendary event so far, except palp, i used higher geared rebels because that was my arena team at the time

B.B.8 i don’t have FO at 7* yet

But i got thrawn using g8 lvl 85 phoenix with basics and uniques omega’d and other abilities at lvl 7
