Exceeded Purchase Limit: Received Inferior Product

Purchased the "Relic Ascension Bundle III" three times on the online webstore.

Had it available in the store on the pc client and tried to purchase there.

All four payments went through but only received the actual pack three times.

I'm looking to either get the items I paid for or receive a refund.
