Executor Bugs - Target Lock Contracts and Enemies Ignoring Mark

I'm going up against Execs who get their (edit: target lock) contract immediately after their first reinforcement (happens with both Slave 1 and IG-2000). Am also seeing mark being ignored by the Exec...

Almost like CG can't code properly, it's shocking... but hey, may be fixed in like maybe 3 years like the Anakin bug was
