Executor Bugs - Target Lock Contracts and Enemies Ignoring Mark

I'm going up against Execs who get their (edit: target lock) contract immediately after their first reinforcement (happens with both Slave 1 and IG-2000). Am also seeing mark being ignored by the Exec...

Don't worry, if it becomes a player-only beneficial bug, they'll fix it in about 3 days, even work the weekend if they have to so it is fixed.

Fleet AI is already bad enough without more bugs being added in.
