Executor Event Bug

I have 90/100 shards for a 7* Executor, but it won't let me refresh the event, even though I have the crystals to do so. It's giving me a message, "You have used all replays for this mission." Anyon...

Pack for the last 10 shards is an option. Those that got it on the first run would needed to have bought five packs I think for the final 50 shards (80 + 10 + 190 = 280).

So, is OP screwed now? Does he need to buy the pack to get 7* Executor?

He can buy the pack or wait for the next event.
