They should change the cooldown for the Death Star annihilate ability to 0, then no other fleets will be able to touch an Executor on defense. For mirror, only speed and RNG will be decisive.

That’s a quick “pee in your pants to get warm” solution that wouldn’t sit well for any future meta changes. Every new meta would have to have some convoluted buff like “capital ship is invulnerable” or “at start of battle the Death Star is incapacitated”.
