Executor is a beast? [MERGE]

I won't be getting it next time around. not even started on the reqs.

This is probably me. I do have a bunch of gear stocked, bt I'm not using any until I unlock and gear GLOW (2 days away, now). I might get it done by the 18th, but I don't think so, based on the obscene signal data needed for r8. However there's no way I'm not ready for Oct.

Still, I will keep pushing through, and there's a chance, a not yet calculated chance, that I'll get her in September. At that point the only projects left to me are SEE and LV. Almost certainly going to be SEE, because the LV requirements are terrible... in so many ways.
