- AloaGoa4 years agoNot applicableThanks for this update CG, you really understand to make a minority happy and risk to lose the majority. What about a compensation for people gearing counters for executor to g13 and now having useless rebels like bistan or scarif for example?
I fully understand why so many people are quitting this game. My patience has reached the limit. - perfidius444 years agoSeasoned Newcomer

They said the day after the event that she wasn’t performing as expected and changes may happened. Gearing counters was a pretty big risk… - irish570team4 years agoSeasoned Ace

Try compensation for those with a weak 7* ship for over a week that we expended considerable resources for. Nothing but losses at the wall of 5 and 6 Star Executors. I could only beat 4*. But once again we hear crickets from CG. - MasterSeedy4 years agoSeasoned Ace
I’m expecting nothing for those of us that got ripped off.
Oh, please. Literally no one was ripped off. Not even the people who spent cash money to get the crystals they used on Executor event refreshes.
They got what they paid for: event refreshes.
I'm not opposed to some sort of make good or whatever, but AT MOST you lost, what? Finishing 5th instead of 1st in Fleet Arena for 2 weeks? And would you have finished better if you didn't have Executor at all? Of course not.
1400 crystals is the bitter outside edge of what anyone "lost". And even then, Exec is a good ship. You're not better off without it then with.
It's one thing to say that CG has poor testing procedures. It's another to say that anyone at all is "ripped off". If you buy event refreshes and then the toon you get from the event isn't the toon you imagined in your daydreams, that's not a rip off. That's standard capitalism where they encourage you to dream, sell you something you think you want based on your dreams, you're never satisfied because nothing ever lives up to your dreams, and then they sell you something else because this time you KNOW all your dreams will come true.
Seriously, people. I agree with the criticisms of Exec and CG generally, but the "theft" and "ripped off" hyperbole just makes you look like you've never heard of a capitalist economy. - Everjeff4 years agoNot applicableI want to thank all of you fine Developers and Team members at Capital Games. I know you probably don't get a lot of praise because it's hard to please an entire community, especially one of gamers. I read quite a bit of posts but rarely make one myself.
I have been playing SWGOH two months after release. During that time I will admittedly say I have been addicted. I'm not a F2P player as I have spent quite a bit of money on this game over the past 5 years+ but more than money, I have spent a lot of time playing this game.
I have a modest GP and I am in a competitive guild. I hope to be playing this game for years to come but I must admit the recent updates have been quite challenging to me personally and I am sure there are others that feel the same way I do.
Executor looked to be a fantastic ship, I unfortunately missed unlocking the ship by about a week due to a shortage of relic material requirements, no fault of anyone but my own. At first I was pretty irritated with hearing how other ships were going to have no chance against the new kid on the block. Little to my surprise there was hope! Several counters presented themselves and it turned fleet into more of a rock, paper, scissors climb rather than the stale two team climb that we have seen for quite sometime.
Unfortunately with today's update those of us unfortunate souls that failed to unlock on the first round will be forced to sit on the side lines and wait until 9/18 for another chance at unlocking this new ship. I just hope in the future you consider not having encounters one sided. It's always nice to have a chance instead of approximately three thousand seven hundred and twenty to one!
P.S. Whoever decided to release a patch 2 hours from the end of GAC owes everyone breakfast! - irish570team4 years agoSeasoned Ace

You left out the part where the stated the X didn’t hit the mark… - MasterSeedy4 years agoSeasoned AceSure. I left it out, if you mean those exact words. I also noted that the missing of the mark would only last 2 weeks, albeit noting that implicitly, in saying that at most you lost something "for 2 weeks". Not forever. I understand what's going on.
But missing the mark doesn't mean anyone stole anything from anyone. "Ripped off" is silly hyperbole. - scuba754 years agoLegend

This is swgoh forum, mostly hyperbole. - LordDirt4 years agoSeasoned AceQuestion, how much would it make a difference to take Bando to R8? Dont know how much it helps ships.
- JediMasterAlan4 years agoNot applicableSorry I’m not trying to be mean but that actually doesn’t seemed to solve the whole problem, for example, especially the Ig88(ig2000)and Executor 192 speed conflicting problem and the terrible Ai targeting problem(for example in mirror match it almost always targeting HT).
I mean, the change today was good but maybe just a little bit more to reach the level that worth of everything been whaled on it.
In short,I agree that must let f2p players got a chance to beat it,but it should’ve been more difficult than it does.
