No, a bug fix to bring actual function in line with wording, according to CG.
It’s been pretty consistent that existing bugs that benefited the meta cap ships have been fixed only when a new level was added.
Or at least it has happened now with exe and prior with Neg. Also did some vulture droid shenanigans with Mal which iirc made beating exec harder.
Actually this also means it’s quite consistent overall, there’s a cadence ;)
