Except the wording clearly states it’s supposed to apply BOTH breach immunity AND target lock immunity (aka chaff). The change now only stop the locked breach after contract, but still allows target lock. If what you and others are stating is true, it should apply to both, but very clearly it’s a nerf to slow down the ult, which is why it’s only affecting breach.
They need to change this back to the previous functionality. It’s not like it’ll make Executor that much better against Leviathan anyway.

This was a mirror with me literally just now. Their IG was a reinforcement after Exe had its contract for a few turns. At this point I just want them to decide how they want it to work and to apply it consistently. Either they should have TL and breach or neither. Please, CG, for the love of all that is holy, pick a lane!
No, because the fix was specifically for the Breach Immunity that Exe is meant to apply to it's reinforcements, which prevents Breach but not Target Lock. It's long (maybe always?) had the wording in it's ability, it just never prevented the permanent breach applied by the other exe before.
